We are currently engaged in researching sex offender behavior during treatment. 

We have examined polygraph maintenance exams of offenders in treatment.  You may download a file in Adobe Acrobat Reader format ( PDF file) which contains a summary of the interim results.  The study is being developed as a paper for publication.

We found sex offenders in treatment continued to engage in substantive amounts of high risk behaviors.  A substantial proportion admitted additional sex crimes while in treatment.  The study’s findings call into question traditional sex offender recidivism research findings.
