Conference Presentation Fees

KBSolutions bills in one day increments for conference presentations regardless of the number of sessions presented while on-site. We bill only for on-site time and do not bill for travel time if the venue can be reached within 1 day from Denver, CO. We encourage venues to use us fully. We are there to meet your attendee’s needs, delivering multiple sessions each day is “business as usual” for us.

Day One	$ 3,000 + expenses
Day Two	$ 1,200 + expenses
Day Three	$ 1,200 + expenses
Day Four	$ 1,200 + expenses

As we do not charge for travel time, we fly direct whenever possible. Plenary sessions are considered standard sessions and are not billed differentially. The above fees assume the conference reproduces any handouts or CDs distributed. We forward handout and support materials in PDF format in advance of the conference and in accordance with the Conference’s page limitations and timelines. We have never missed delivering conference materials within the established deadlines.

On-Site Training Fees

KBSolutions bills in one day increments for agency training We bill only for on-site time and do not bill for travel time if the venue can be reached within 1 day from Denver, CO.

Our fee for agency training is $3,000 a day + expenses. Expenses include travel, lodging, transportation, and reproduction costs of any handout or support materials (e.g. CDs).
Multi-day training is billed the same as Conference Presentations.

Assistant Instructors (e.g. computer lab training environments), are billed at $1,200 a day + expenses.

As we do not charge for travel time, we fly direct whenever possible.

Training in the Denver, CO metro area can be billed in 1/2 day increments.

Consultation and Direct Service Fees

KBSolutions bills in hourly increments for consultation and direct service. Each consultation project is contracted separately. In general, our hourly rate for consultation and direct service is $375 per hour. This hourly rate is adjusted in accordance with the duties and time comittment contracted.

Adjustments to Fees

KBSolutions does make adjustments to our fee structure under certain circumstances. Don’t hesitate to ask if your agency qualifies for a fee adjustment.
